Accreditation

CFI The Coaching Federation of India (CFI) commitment to championing standards of excellence in the coaching profession is reflected in these CFI awards indicating to buyers of coaching and related services that an individual or organization has been assessed as working within a robust Coaching Competency Framework, adhering to Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors and in line with the standards of the accreditation awarded.
Only CFI members are eligible to apply for CFI Accreditation Schemes. To find out more about the benefits of being a member, go here. If you are an associate and want to apply for accreditation, please contact Members and they will be able to help.

Benefits of being accredited

The coaching industry has now matured to the extent that buyers of coaching services, both individuals and organizations, require ways to compare and differentiate between coaches. They wish to know that a coach, supervisor or a coach training programme is likely to be effective, and that the service provided will be fit-for-purpose, before investing.

Accreditation options

Coach Accreditation (Faculty)

Our Coach Accreditation Scheme has been designed to demonstrate that those who have achieved CFI Accreditation are committed to best practice and continuous improvement in their coaching. They have proved that they are able to use a range of tools and techniques with their students resulting in positive outcomes.

Coaching Institute Accreditation

Coaches need a quality benchmark to use when selecting a Coaching Institute. An accreditation process requires a Coaching Institute to demonstrate a commitment to client care and professional development. Although accreditation cannot eliminate bad practice completely, in conjunction with an effective Code of Ethics and Good Practice it does encourage standards of excellence.
